“[O]ccupier demand is definitely still being driven dramatically by e-commerce. E-commerce is very much still growing and continental Europe is still very much behind Asia or the US or even the UK, with the last segment of the supply chain needed to support e-commerce especially undersupplied. That’s why there is quite a lot of demand for any asset that is well located, which is keeping the market steady.”
