Last-mile platform Crossbay has acquired a new distribution center located in Venlo, adding 7,333 square meters to its second portfolio. The newly acquired property is leased to an international online retailer and distributor. This leading distributor is a reliable tenant with a strong market position in Western Europe, making Venlo an ideal location. The property is strategically situated near the A67 highway, providing easy access to the German border and key regional logistics hubs, with excellent connections to the A73 and A2 highways.

Crossbay was technically assisted in the acquisition by CBRE, with further support from Deloitte (tax) and Florent (legal). The seller was advised by AKD (legal).

Crossbay II is the pan-European last-mile logistics platform of MARK, solidifying its position with the purchase of this third distribution center in the Netherlands, following the successful €1.6 billion sale of Crossbay I to Prologis in September 2022.
