Crossbay’s Munich North Logistics Center is a newly developed logistics facility located at Bruckbach 4a in Wolnzach, set for completion in 2025. The property offers a total area of 9,820 m², including 7,995 m² of warehouse space, 929 m² of office space, and an 828 m² mezzanine above the loading docks.

Designed with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability, the building includes a photovoltaic rooftop system, heat pump-based heating, and aims for a BREEAM “Very Good” certification. Key features include 10 dock-level doors, one ground-level gate, a 34-meter-deep secure yard, 12-meter clear internal height, ESFR/FM Global sprinkler system, and LED lighting.
